  This banana nut bread recipe is delicious. My family loves it.  Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 3-4 very ripe bananas (mashed up) 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 teaspoons baking powder 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup chopped nuts Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs, 1 at a time mixing well each time.  Stir in vanilla and bananas. Stir in salt and baking powder. Stir in flour. Fold in the nuts.  Pour into baking pan and bake for 1hr or until a case knife comes out clean.
