Faith

 Faith is important. Without faith it is impossible to please God. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. So how do you increase your faith should be a question that every Christian asks at least once in his or her life. 

Thankfully God tells us how to increase our faith. Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

So basically, reading our Bibles increase our faith. We need to read and hear the Word of God every day. Just going to church 1 or 2 times a week is not enough to really increase our faith. Remember you must have faith to please God, and it is given to them that diligently seek him. Diligently implies that you are seeking God 7 days a week. You must be willing to spend time in God's word to grow in faith and develop spiritual maturity. Diligently seeking God shows that you want a relationship with him. Just as you talk with your friends regularly, you must talk with God regularly. You talk to him through prayer. You listen to Him by hearing- reading His word. Forgetting to hear and learn His Word, leads to a lack of knowledge of His Word. Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
