Ingredients:
- 1 small potato
- 6 eggs
- Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Peel and wash potato.
- Dice potato into very small cubes.
- Cook potato in frying pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat covered. Remember to stir occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Beat eggs.
- When potato is soft, add in eggs.
- Cook until eggs are done.
- Remove from pan and eat.
