Cactus and Scrambled Eggs



 Ingredients:

·       1 cup of Cactus

·       6 eggs

·       ½ chopped onion (optional)

·       Cooking oil

Directions: 

1.    Over medium heat, cook the cactus until tender.


2.    Beat eggs.

3.    When cactus is tender, add in the eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.

4.    Cook until egg is done.
